Q.) Is there a deposit required to reserve my date?
A.) Yes, there is a $150 deposit required to hold your date and time. Your deposit goes towards your balance. Q.) Is the deposit refundable? A.) Unfortunately, the deposit is not refundable. Once you officially book with us by paying the $150 deposit, we automatically block out that date and time and we incur costs up front. Therefore, we can not refund your deposit. Q.) Does the rental fee include a photo booth attendant? A.) Yes, an attendant will be present during the entire duration of your rental. Q.) Does the rental include props? A.) Yes, the rental does include free props. Q.) How long does it take for our pictures to be posted to the internet ? A.) Most photo galleries will be available to view within 48-72 hours following the event. There is no additional charge for the web gallery it is included in price. Galleries will be posted for 3 months and they are password protected. Q.) Do you provide a digital copy of images? A.) Yes, all images from the evening will be available to download within 48-72 hours. Q.) Are prints included with rental rates? A.) Yes, they are. Each photo booth session takes 3-4 pictures which are then printed seconds later for guest to keep. You have the option of choosing from 2 x 6 strips, 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 prints. Q.) When is the final payment due? A.) We require final payments to be due 7 days prior to event. This allows us to make all final arrangements for your event. Q.) How much space is needed for the photo booth? A.) The recommended floor space is 5' by 5' by 5' . A table will also be needed and a nearby power outlet. |
